Shiftee continued to grow in 2023.

Staying true to our product direction, Shiftee focused on enhancing usability and eliminating pain points through feedback from our customers.
As a result, over 357 features were newly added or updated in 2023 alone.

In May 2023,
we launched Shiftee Desktop, which received widespread attention.
Unlike existing PC-OFF tools, Shiftee Desktop is natively integrated with workforce management — offering a significant advantage.
Rather than simply shutting down all company PCs at a fixed time, Shiftee Desktop restricts PC usage based on each employee’s work or leave schedule. It also synchronizes with attendance data from the web or mobile app. Employees can request overtime or explain PC idle time via request-approval workflow, making attendance management for office workers more flexible and precise.

As of December 2023, the cumulative number of client workplaces surpassed 300,000, reaching 300,844.
After hitting the 200,000 workplaces in November 2022, this significant growth in just one year demonstrates the rising importance of workforce management and the demand for reliable solutions like Shiftee.
Shiftee’s repurchase rate stands at an impressive 97.2%.
This reflects customer satisfaction driven by free ongoing feature updates and rapid, responsive support.
Shiftee is used by organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries, including large enterprises, startups, manufacturing and production, IT and telecommunications, retail, finance, healthcare, hospitality, theme parks, F&B, public institutions, subcontracting and outsourcing, as well as small businesses.

This year as well, many companies began a new approach to workforce management through the Cloud Service Voucher and the Untact Service Voucher programs.

Shiftee achieved significant growth in 2023, enabling us to deliver even more stable services to our customers.
Our operating profit grew significantly from KRW 1.65 billion in 2022 to KRW 4.962 billion in 2023, nearly reaching KRW 5 billion — a more than threefold increase.
Grounded in sound financial management, we aim to be a long-term, trusted partner for all our clients.
Alongside our own growth, we also made strategic investments in promising domestic B2B SaaS companies. In 2024, Shiftee plans to continue investing actively to help expand the B2B SaaS ecosystem in Korea.
Demonstrating our strength as a leading workforce management solution in the Korean market and expanding successfully overseas, Shiftee established itself in 2023 as a reliable and stable SaaS solution that companies can trust.
In September 2023,
we officially launched into the Taiwanese market, marking our first step into international expansion.
As a domestic B2B solution, Shiftee has already proven its capabilities. This move is an exceptional case for a Korean workforce solution.
Armed with a flexible system that adapts to any country, industry, company size, or employment type, we took on the Taiwan market.
We enhanced our system to support Chinese-language apps and tailored compliance with Taiwan’s labor laws.
As of December 2023 — just 3 months after launch — we secured 396 paying clients in Taiwan, demonstrating successful market entry and product validation.
Starting with Taiwan, stay tuned as Shiftee expands into Japan, Singapore, and across Asia.
Shiftee’s content team published more than two HR-focused blog posts per week throughout 2023.
Through our web blog and newsletter, we provided helpful insights for HR professionals and employees alike.
Additionally, leveraging our vast time and attendance dataset, we regularly release valuable HR data insights.
In 2024, we will continue delivering engaging, meaningful big data content to make HR more accessible and actionable.
