- Solid Domestic Growth with 80% Revenue and 200% Operating Profit Increase Compared to Last Year as a Launchpad for International Expansion
- Starting with Taiwan, Gradually Targeting the Asian Region

Shiftee, a leading integrated workforce management solution provider (CEO Seungwon Shin), announced on the 22nd that it has secured 200 paid clients in Taiwan just three weeks after officially launching its global expansion efforts.

Shiftee’s key strength lies in its versatility. The solution is designed to accommodate businesses of all sizes, from large corporations like Kakao, SK, and Hyundai to small and medium-sized enterprises. It is widely adopted across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, construction, finance, and the public sector, making it the dominant player in South Korea’s workforce management solutions market. To date, more than 200,000 businesses have implemented Shiftee.

However, the company’s rapid adoption is not the only notable achievement. Shiftee’s strong market position is backed by solid financial performance. In the first half of this year, Shiftee’s revenue reached KRW 2.78 billion, reflecting an 80% year-over-year increase. Operating profit for the same period stood at KRW 2.03 billion, marking an impressive 200% growth compared to the previous year. Notably, Shiftee does not offer on-premise deployment, meaning its entire revenue comes from pure SaaS subscription fees, resulting in high operating margins.

Building on its strong domestic revenue and profitability, Shiftee turned its focus to global markets this year. Since announcing its entry into Taiwan on September 1st, the company has successfully onboarded 200 paying clients in under a month. Given the positive reception among early adopters, Shiftee aims to reach 1,000 paid clients in Taiwan by the end of the year. Following this momentum, the company plans to expand into Singapore, Japan, and other key markets. Furthermore, Shiftee confirmed that aside from translating its platform into Chinese, the expansion required little to no new product development, reaffirming its adaptability across industries, company sizes, and countries.

Seungwon Shin, CEO of Shiftee, stated, “Our success in the domestic market has proven Shiftee’s excellence and adaptability, and we are thrilled to see that it resonates just as well overseas. This achievement is the result of our unwavering focus on two key pillars—our product and our customers. Moving forward, we will continue to expand into new markets, proving the global competitiveness of Korean SaaS solutions.”
