- This article walks through the steps to join a company using an invite code. To send an invite code to employees, see add Employees.
- You can join a company either from the website or mobile app. If you already have joined a company from the website, you don't need to do so from the mobile app.
Invite Code is a unique code of 6 letters used to join your company in Shiftee.

📢 Note
If you have not received an invite code, please ask your HR manager to resend a code.
Also, please check your spam folder and double-check your email address.
Web
STEP 1 ) Log into Shiftee and click Join Company(For staff) button. 
STEP 2 ) Enter your invite code and click Join button. 
📢 Note
If you are a previously added employee, you will receive a 6-digit invite code.
Click on 'Is your invite code 6 digits?' at the bottom of the input field and enter your invite code.
Mobile
STEP 1 ) Log into Shiftee and select Employee to join your company.
STEP 2 ) Enter an invite code and tap join button.
📢 Note
If you are a previously added employee, you will receive a 6-digit invite code.
Click on 'Is your invite code 6 digits?' at the bottom of the input field and enter your invite code.
