Deduct Public and Custom Holidays from Contractual Working Hours
You can configure whether public and custom holidays are included when calculating contractual working hours.
Use this option when managing working hours on a monthly basis and your labor agreement requires holidays to be excluded from contractual hour calculations.
Calculation Example
If weekly contractual working hours: 40hrs, days in the unit period : 31 days, public holidays in the month: 2 days,
(40hrs ÷ 7 days) × 31 days − (2 days × 8hrs) = approx. 161 contractual hours

- Available only when the contractual hour rule is set to a weekly unit and 1 month unit period, with 'include holidays' enabled.
- Only public and custom holidays that fall on an employee's weekly working days are deducted.
