Web

You can configure secrutiy settings in Company Settings - Security menu.

• Login Security Enhancement Feature

When logging out on the web, you will be logged out of all currently logged-in web sessions. And when logging out on the mobile app, you will be logged out of all currently logged-in mobile devices.

• IP Whitelisting Feature

You can set Shiftee to be accessible only from specific IP addresses assigned to employees.

STEP 1 ) Go to Manage > Employees menu and select an employee from the list. You can set ‘Whitelisted Ip Addresses’ at the bottom of the employee profile.
Click ‘Add’ button.

STEP 2 ) You can register allowed IP addresses (multiple entries are allowed).

STEP 3 ) Access to Shiftee is restricted to registered IP addresses. An error message will appear if an unregistered IP address attempt to access Shiftee.

• Automatic Logout Feature in Web App

If the web app remains inactive for longer than the configured inactivity threshold, users are automatically logged out of Shiftee for security purpose.
You can configure the inactivity threshold in minutes.

You can also apply the automatic logout feature only to specific positions by selecting them in the ‘positions for automatic logout feature’ option.

• Company Audit Log Feature

You can view the log history of data creation/modification/deletion by the manager and supervisor.
STEP 1 ) Once you have acitvated the feature with the issued token, you can select the log item you want to view from the drop-down menu.

STEP 2 ) ‘Audit Log’ menu will be added to the left menu, and you can check the log history within the selected period (up to 7 days) as follows.
